Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to our hotel guests. If you a have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Greet guests and assist with their luggage upon arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and public areas
- Monitor and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards in a timely manner
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
