**Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician**
**Location: Hereford HR2 8BT**
**Salary: Basic Salary of between £30,000-£33,000 + Uncapped**
**Individual Time Saved Bonus + Team Bonus + benefits (listed**
**below) - OTE 40-45k**
**Full Time and Permanent - Choice of either 40 or 45 hours a week**
**Working Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays**

They are now actively looking to recruit a Motor Vehicle Technician /
Mechanic for their dealership in Hereford.
**Job description**:
Being a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for our client is a fast paced
and exciting role. You will be working as part of a team to ensure
customer satisfaction and repeat business for the dealership.
Working on new and evolving technologies this is the type of role
where you will be constantly learning and expanding your
knowledge and skill set. Our client like to invest in their technicians

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Fully qualified - Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance - they will also
- consider Level 2 qualified people who are willing to train up to be
- Level 3 qualified
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and
- paperwork.
- Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally you will
- also have an MOT Testing qualification and some main dealership
- experience
- Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel and develop
- colleagues and junior team members and to deliver high standards
- of technical advice, service and maintenance to all customers.
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than
- 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK’.
