Do you have experience working in the travel industry using a GDS system?

Would you like to step into the world of Business Travel and enjoy the prospect of getting your weekends back?

My client, a global travel company are looking to expand their Business Travel team and offering full training and support to Junior Business Travel Consultants. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be delivering exceptional travel services to Corporateclients.

**DUTIES**:

- Acting as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate Business travellers.
- Arranging complex domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail and accommodation, using Sabre/Apollo/Amadeus.
- Providing consultative advice, solutions and recommendations.
- Researching the best available fare/routing, and ensuring preferred air carrier and partners are recommended, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers agreed travel policy and requirements.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- A minimum of 2 years travel industry experience (corporate or leisure)
- Working knowledge of a GDS system is essential (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)
- Fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares preferable
- Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.
- A fast and flexible working attitude

- Working hours will operate Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm alongside the office hours.
