A leading luxury care home provider with homes across the UK, is looking for **Registered Nurses** to join their multi-disciplinary teams.

Here you will have quality time to spend with the residents and their families and make this a loving environment for people to spend their twilight years.

**Position Title: Registered Nurse (must have UK Care Home experience)**
**Start date: ASAP**
**Salary: £23.25ph / £50,000+ p/a**

**Hours: 42 hours per week**

**Must have**:

- At least 3 years working within UK care home environment
- The commitment to make a real difference to the lives of care home residents
- Excellent communications skills
- Great attitude to teamwork
- Desire to lead patient care
- Updated NMC registration

Such as dementia care and medical emergencies, wound care, diabetes management,and stroke care, the work is always different, interesting, and rewarding.
