The Alexandra Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Assistant/Coordinator to join our team on a Full Time and Permanent basis. This role will involve working in both the Theatre Department and the Goods Inwards Department.

The Alexandra Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Assistant/Coordinator to join our team on a Full Time and Permanent basis. This role will involve working in both the Theatre Department and the Goods Inwards Department.

**Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Daily stock control
- Receiving and signing for deliveries, unloading and sorting deliveries by department
- Distributing stock to relevant department
- Supporting theatre teams to ensure that they have the appropriate stock items to undertake their operations.
- Supporting the purchase order process and the central ordering process for the site.

**What we're looking for;**
- A background in Stores / stock would be advantageous but not essential
- Be comfortable working in a busy department
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills
