**About us**

Reeds Construction & Engineering Ltd are a family run business that has grown from strength to strength into a successful and sustainable provider in the construction and engineering industry. We are looking to recruit an experienced plant fitter working on a range of heavy/light plant and equipment. Our dedicated team of experienced service engineers work nationwide delivering first class service and expertise.

**Your Tasks**
- Maintenance & service across all makes of construction machinery.
- Effectively fault find across a varied range of construction equipment.
- Component replacement or repair.
- Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections.
- Complete Machine overhauls.
- Ensure any parts utilised for jobs are communicated to the Parts department for accurate customer invoicing.
- Inspections to carry out maintenance on plant machinery.
- Accurate and punctual completion of timesheets, ensuring authorisation by the customer representative when relevant.
- Follow all company and site Health & Safety regulations.
- Wear relevant PPE in the correct manner.

**Skills and experience**
- Have relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 2 in plant maintenance or Land Based Engineering.
- Experience using service diagnostic software.
- Welding and fabrication skills a bonus.
- Experience using tablets/computer software.

- Safe operation of plant machinery to complete task.
