In addition to the strong personal characteristcs mentioned above, the individual must have 3/5 years of recruitment consultancy experience in the Adult social Care sector.

Experience must include recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Nurses and successfully placing them at Residential and Nursing care homes across North West.

Should have a strong black book of contact within the sector to be able to hit the ground running.
