Our client based in Coulsdon, Surrey are looking for examination staff to work on a temporary basis starting asap until July 2023. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

As an Exams Officer, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and administering all aspects of internal and external examinations, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the examination board regulations. This includes working closely with teaching staff, exam boards, and students to ensure that all exam arrangements are made efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for the accurate recording and reporting of all examination results.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of all examination entries and ensure that examination materials are securely stored and appropriately distributed to examination venues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that examination rooms are set up and equipped appropriately, including overseeing the allocation of invigilators and managing the examination timetable.

A recent DBS is required for this role, so ideally you will be part of the update service.
