**Job Description**:
Looking for an EAL Classroom Assistant role, working in schools throughout the Warwickshire county?
A long-term opportunity working as an EAL Classroom Assistant with children from Ukraine, Syria and Afghanistan in primary and secondary schools is available.

** Must be able to drive to various schools in Warwickshire
** Long-term, full-time opportunity
** EAL Classroom Assistant role, starting immediately
** £350 - £425 per week
The EAL Classroom Assistant:
For this EAL Classroom Assistant role, you must have experience working in a classroom with children who’s first language is not English. You do not need a Level 3 EAL Classroom Assistant qualification for this position, however experience working in this capacity or an EAL qualification such as a DELTA or CELTA. You should have strong classroom management skills and be able to build up a good rapport with your pupils.
The EAL Classroom Assistant Role:
As an EAL Classroom Assistant, you will be working alongside the EAL Teacher to provide excellent in-class support. You will need to differentiate work set by the teacher to match the levels of ability of your students. As an EAL Classroom Assistant, you will need good classroom management skills and be able to provide effective support foy your pupils.
This EAL Classroom Assistant role is based at various schools in the Warwickshire county region. You must be able to drive and be located nearby. You will be working with primary and secondary pupils throughout Warwickshire.
