Homelessness Receptionist

Signature Personnel is proud to be advertising on behalf of several highly valued clients, world renowned homelessness charities with several sites across the Liverpool City Region and Warrington. We require experienced receptionists, with excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and a non-judgmental mindset.

The role involves the covering of busy receptions within homeless relief provisions. Dealing with the public, queries from residents at the desk, cash handling and logging of service charge payments, and taking phone calls, collating and sharing messages, as well as the distribution of room keys and accurate welfare checks.

The shifts vary in length and in pay, ranging from 7am-9pm / 8pm-8am, working 6-12 hours from Monday-Sunday (all sites are operational 24/7 all year round). Bank holidays are paid at double time.

The pay includes days & afternoons at £10 per hour and nights at £11 per hour.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
