We are a family run Domiciliary Care company covering the Eastbourne Area. We are looking for a Care Co - Ordinator to join us to do the following duties:
You will be dealing with existing and potential customers, answering telephones, inputting rotas and arranging appointments.

To undertake assessments and write Care plans on our Care planning App.

As an experienced care professional, you will partake in recruiting quality carers to provide the level of high quality care for our customers.

Supervising each carer to ensure the quality support is being delivered whilst meeting the customer's expectations.

To be on call a minimum of 1 in 4 weekends or pro
- rata.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,497.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eastbourne, East Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
