Tractor Driver

**Who are we looking for?**

We are currently seeking an experienced Driver who is keen to work and learn, be self-motivated, and be flexible to join our highly skilled and valued workforce based at our Charnwood depot. Working as a Driver you will have experience driving Tractors and aim to support the successful delivery of operations for the Charnwood contract. This is a permanent position working a total of 37 hours per week.

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Able to complete assigned works within agreed timescale, to an agreed specification and idverde’s high standards.
- To communicate clearly and positively with the General Maintenance Operations Manager to ensure efficient organisation and use of resources.
- To ensure you always wear the correct uniform & PPE.
- To ensure vehicles and machinery are in good working order, properly used and maintained.
- Full **driving licence & tractors Licence**:

- To have skills and knowledge of all aspects of Tractor Driving skills on sites.
- Be able to demonstrate and implement daily health & safety in the workplace.
- The ability to read and understand maps.
- The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team
- The ability to use machinery safely and productively.
