Saturday Sales Assistant

Spencers of Burley is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Saturday Sales Assistant. Excellent customer service skills are imperative as you will be interacting with buyers and clients in person and over the phone.
Duties to include:
- Greeting & welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and delivering general customer service handling enquiries
- Providing general administrative support such as data entry, typing and filing
- Assisting with organising and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Arranging viewings
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Please note that this is a weekend position. The working hours will be Saturday only 09.00 to 17.00.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Expected hours: 7.5 per week
