- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for rendering, including cleaning and patching.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a renderer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in diverse rendering methods and materials.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures.

- Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment.

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
