Night Loader

**Opportunity to join the Mill Team of Harpers Feeds, a leading family owned manufacturer of high quality animal feed supplying customers across the South West**
- This varied role requires enthusiastic self-starters who are keen to learn and develop skills within the manufacturing and transport environment._

**What we are offering**:

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.00pm - 2.30am (inc 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
- 28 days holiday entitlement (incl. Bank Holidays) - and a further 4 days accrued with Length of Service

**What we are looking for in our Night Loaders**:

- Efficient loading and weighing of vehicles, whilst maintaining safety and security of load and compliance with UFAS and feed safety regulations
- Shunting Qualification desirable - and CPC even better
- Accurate recording and timely recording of paperwork
- Responsibility to report any defects or damage to vehicles
- Contribution as a member of a team to the efficient running of the factory, to produce animal feed of the required standard
- Physically fit as some manual lifting is involved
- Warehouse and forklift experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well as member of busy team and
- Proactively seek to maintain the general tidiness of the mill and transport areas and comply with the mill cleaning schedule
