Project Co-ordinator

If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Project Co-ordinator to work for one of our clients who is a large manufacturing company based in Thanet. This is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday.

The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed at all times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Articulated and concise communication between Customers and Internal Departments.
- Responsible for ensuring company lead times are adhered to.
- Responsible for commercials to protect margin where under the Project Managers control.
- Responsible for processing correct data and making any changes.
- Working with Directors to ensure all work is signed off and agreed.
- Maintain 'live-time 'updates as site changes occur and communicate to all impacted stakeholders.
- Ownership of variation cost increases.
- Flag early concerns of project disruption through under performance i.e. product/installation or site conditions that may impact on dates ultimately reducing forecast and invoicing using agreed escalation process.
- Excellent customer service skills.
