- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors and desserts according to established recipes and guidelines
- Operate ice cream machines and equipment to churn and freeze ice cream
- Monitor and adjust temperatures, ingredients, and mixing times to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures during all stages of food preparation
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a cook or food production role, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques and experience with food preparation preferable
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
