**About Our Client**:
My client is global leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and employee benefits consulting. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious organisation that values innovation, expertise, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of this Account Executive role:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insurance solutions in the areas of Cyber, Construction, Corporate, and P&C.
- Analyse client risk exposures, identify insurance coverage needs, and design comprehensive insurance programs that address specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing management of insurance programs, including policy administration, claims handling, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative insurance solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, effectively communicating complex insurance concepts and negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating and securing competitive insurance coverage and pricing on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the insurance process.
- Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations in all client interactions.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Key requirements for this Account Executive role:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Risk Management, Insurance, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry, with a focus on Cyber, Construction, Corporate, and P&C insurance.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the insurance products and services related to Cyber, Construction, Corporate, and P&C.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client portfolios, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk exposures, identify client needs, and design customised insurance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively negotiate with insurance carriers, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Insurance industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM, CPCU) are a plus.
