Recruitment Resourcer - Chelmsford, Essex

Remedy Education are a successful recruitment agency that recruit for roles in Education. Due to rapid growth & expansion to Essex we are looking to recruit internal member of staff to work here at the office.

We are ideally looking someone who is money hungry & personable, ideally with some recruitment or sales experience in a fast-paced industry but would alternatively consider someone from other backgrounds. This could be a great opportunity for a new graduatelooking for their first office-based roles.

Progression:

- Upon starting, you will be provided immediate training.
- You will have the opportunity to train to be an Education Recruitment Consultant within 2 years.
- Education Recruitment Consultants with the correct formula can earn £100k per annum.

The package at Remedy includes:

- A competitive salary dependent on experience
- Excellent performance-based commission structure
- Great career progression with a dedicated mentor who will be helping with the training of staff
- OTE £25/£30k in first year. £OTE £30k-£40k in year 2. £40k+ in year 3.
