We have an exciting opportunity for a EO Healthcare Assurance Support to join the team here at Defence Medical Services (DMS) Whittington.

**Job description**:

- The post’s focus is to support and enable the assurance functions within the Healthcare Assurance Team (HcAT). Acting in a coordinate capacity, support the team to undertake their administrative and reporting duties effectively and efficiently. Ensure effective day-to-day management of Healthcare Assurance business.**Person specification**:
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

- You will monitor and resolve Healthcare Assurance Framework (HAF) feedback issues promptly, engaging with users and Analysis Digital. Provide secretarial support at working groups for continuous improvement
- You will manage secretarial support to boards, forums, meetings including coordinating meetings, minute writing, following up on actions and collating supporting documentation. Diary management and engaging with colleagues from across United Kingdom (UK) Strategic Command and other stakeholders..
- Acting as the focal point for the Healthcare Assurance Team SharePoint site, liaising with all team members to develop the various function’s site, ensuring it contains up to date and relevant information and links, and present a professional outward facing portal.
- You will develop and maintain the SharePoint and Defence Connect systems in accordance with policy.
- You will support head of HcAT and HcAT leads with other general administrative duties as required. These may include: Support with creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures, project management support and other support.
