**School Food Cook Supervisor Highcliffe Primary School, Birstall LE4**
To organise and supervise the catering establishment in accordance with and to the standard required by LTS Catering School Food.
To be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food. To ensure that efficient and economic use is made of all resources.
- Previous large scale cooking experience.
- Operating commercial catering equipment.
- Reasonable level of numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Supervision of employees.
- Must have a mature attitude and be reliable.
- A flexible approach to working, including out-of-hours, and an ability and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Must be capable of remaining calm under pressure.
