**Role and Responsibilities**:
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greeting and assisting visitors.
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Draft letters/documents as required
Organise and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
Onboard inspectors from around the globe using the company onboarding procedure
Be aware of the company GDPR policy and how to use it as well as communicating it to all interested parties.
Review CVs for qualifications and competencies
Populate global inspection matrix with inspectors’ personal details, qualifications, and competencies.
Create and maintain CV filing systems for each inspector per country
Partake in internal auditing of the quality management system and assist the quality manager
Update diaries and arrange appointments.
Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes if required.
Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
Arrange meetings if required
**Required Skills**:

**Required Qualifications**:
Maths, English and ICT, GCSE Grade 4-9 or equivalent
**Training**:
Maths and English to Level 2 required, if not already achieved
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour in relation to

- technical competencies
- knowledge and understating
- research activities
- commercial awareness
- managing challenging situations and taking ownership
- health and safety
Ongoing assessment by the employer and provider - for example meetings with apprentice, employer and learning provider, observations of workplace, gathering evidence
Undertake a self-assessment in the last month of their apprenticeship to enable them to see whether they are confident that they have taken on board all aspects of the occupation. This self-assessment must be submitted to the independent end point assessor as a source of evidence to prepare for independent End Point Assessment which will include a showcase portfolio; a project; an employer reference and a structured interview about their portfolio and project.**Prospects**:
