- _**For this role? **_We are looking for men as the role is exempt from the equality act._
- _**What do we do? **_We provide inclusive, innovative, and responsive wrap around support for people with autism between 16-30 to increase peoples independence and well being._
- _**How do we do this in Cheshire? **_Our new small team work provide 1:1 support at home, in schools, colleges, and anywhere in the community._
- _**What activities will I do? **_We go to the gym, on hikes, do arts & crafts - whatever helps a person strengthen a positive identity._
- _**What hours will I work? **_Our full time positions are 40 hours per week - we also offer P/T positions. All our contracts are permanent. _
- _**When will work them?**_ _We provide support seven day week usually between the hours of 7am to 10pm._
- _**Do I need my own car? Y**_ou will need a valid UK driving license and your own transport. You may be supporting people using their vehicle and so need to be able to drive other peoples mobility car._
- _**Will I work in the community? **_Yes - the great thing about this role is that you will also support people from their own home and across the community._
**FULL OR PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.**
**Enhance Social Care** was established to change the way social care is provided for people with autism. An inclusive model of support in which all people have the right to the same opportunities to live within their community. We provide transition services for young people between 16-30 via a specialist supported tenancy and across the community in peoples own home. This role is working with young men who are seeking additional support with mental health and identity living with their family or in their own home.
**RECEIVE OUTSTANDING SUPPORT, TRAINING & OPPORTUNITIES**
You will be supported by some of the best managers in social care to become your best you. If you have a level 3 Diploma in Social Care, Autism or PBS that's great (we pay more) but if not we we will train you to achieve this professional qualification. We will support you and offer access to superb training and future opportunities.
