**The Role and Department**:
We have an opportunity for a Navigator to join the organisation on a (fixed term) basis. Reporting to the (Project Manager), the (Navigator) will be responsible for
- Supporting clients with their mental health needs by carrying out initial discussions and providing a range of guided self help services
- Working with clients who present in crisis, including supporting with de-escalation of crisis & risk management as well as clients with co-occurring conditions
- Working in partnership with other services, specifically for this role you work alongside Adult Social Care
- Working with clients who present in crisis, duties include de-escalation of crisis & risk management
- Navigating clients within their own communities to live well
- To provide support for other teams when required)

2. Knowledge of approaches to support people to achieve better mental health.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £27,462.24 per year
