**Salary**: £10.70 per hour
**Hours**: 30 hours a week

Every person we support is at the centre of that support. From their initial assessment to completion of regular reviews and on-going guidance. We develop each plan for each individual. Their support is tailored to planned outcomes helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.

**We are looking for the stars of tomorrow. You will be working as part of a dedicated team providing support for people to become more independent with everyday life.**

**Working with aspirations, we can guarantee that no two days are the same and you will have the best time supporting people in the heart of your local community**

You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community. All in all, enabling our people to live their best life

If you are brand new and looking to start your career in Health and Social care or an existing skilled support worker who wishes to advance your career, we can help you achieve your own dreams and aspirations too
