An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Partner, to deliver an effective recruitment strategy
- Using all lines of recruitment from campaigns, social media, LinkedIn and Facebook etc
- Sharing the brand awareness via various tools
- Review recruitment procedures, provide training on policies and procedures and interview skills
- Support and coach managers on selection and interview processes
- Organise and attend assessment centres, career fairs and other events
- Provide competitor analysis

Previous recruitment experience, ability to building strong working relationships, stakeholder management experience. Good communication, problem solving skills.Proficient in using an ATS system.
