Management Accountant

Butler Rose are currently supporting the recruitment for a successful industry leading FMCG business based just outside High Wycombe.
Partnering with the Group Director to recruit a Management Accountant for the UK, we are currently seeking an applicant who will support the company's vision to double growth, assist with a new system implementation alongside building robust controls withinfinance, assisting company profitably and strategic goals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and successful company who are looking for a new member of their team in this time of change and growth. It is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who can play a significant role as part ofthe senior leadership team in driving through strategic commercial objectives.
The successful applicant will be ready for challenges, enjoy finding solutions and thoroughly enjoy the thought of adding value. This position will require someone with a "pull their sleeves up" attitude and be happy to drive changes from the bottom up (Teamof 12 in accounts, you will have 2 DR).
To secure this job you will almost certainly be a fully qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA, we will consider finalist or /and QBE.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced change environment and be adaptable to different areas of business understanding
- Confident self-motivator with ability to manage own time effectively, work under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Desire for continual improvement, embracing technology and driving efficient ways of working
- Analytical, able to interpret data and use it to drive improvement; advanced excel knowledge
