RSMS is a market leader in providing professional investigation support services to authorities working within the criminal investigation, enforcement, criminal justice and offender management sectors.

**Job Description**:
RSMS have been commissioned to provide investigation support services to our law enforcement client.

We are seeking six (6) child abuse material (CAM) graders to view and grade material from a variety of digital sources linked to child abuse investigations, working closely with the police investigation team. Grading of images, videos and text messages will be required to determine the severity and to report on following the College of Police standards. The graders will be required to work in Kidlington three days per week over a 13 week period with a start time of 0830.

Welfare is very important to us and we provide a complete wrap around service to ensure the hours of viewing each week is capped and welfare support provided where needed. It is however, important to understand the cohort will have exposure to images which may be disturbing and distressing and we will have a consistent day to day and week to week review on progress and welfare support.

Main Responsibilities:

- Initial team to grade imagery that has been taken from seized from digital devices - viewing and categorising
- Grading images and text messages of perpetrators wanting to meet with children
- Grading images, videos and text messages in line with CoP APP for imagery
- Complete a document confirming grading and provide rationale

Training:

- Introduction and pre-project deployment will be provided alongside on the job support

Hours/Shifts:

- 3 days per week

Essential Requirements:

- PIP Level 1 mínimal and experienced law enforcement practitioners who have worked within investigation teams

Pay Rate:

- £135 per day pay as You Earn (PAYE) plus 28 days per year holidays and bank holidays accrual

The role will require vetting at NPPV2 level - RSMS will process vetting to successful applicants.
