**The Opportunity**:

- Join a dynamic and friendly department of conveyancing specialists and become an integral member of the team.
- Provide the team’s fee earners with proactive and professional support on their varied caseloads.
- Responsibilities will include assisting clients in person and on the telephone, file management, preparing correspondence, and various administrative duties.
- Work closely with knowledgeable conveyancers, learning directly from them to develop your expertise, and benefit from the firm’s commitment to providing ongoing career development opportunities, support, and encouragement.

**You will have**:

- Minimum 6 months’ experience assisting on residential conveyancing files.
- Excellent standards of client care.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong organisation skills.
