We provide a complete facilities management solution for the Ministry of Defence Northwood HQ site in London. We provide all non-military support on-site, which includes everything from transport management to ground works and mechanical and electrical engineering.

We are looking for a Accommodation & Helpdesk Administrator to join our building services team at our MoD site in Northwood.

This key role on a significant Facilities Management contract, will see you take room and house bookings from MoD staff, ensuring customers have transit info and keys ready for their arrival. You will also cover for the Helpdesk once trained if a need arises.

**You’ll**:

- Ensure all fields are completed in the accommodation booking System.
- Make sure all new permanent staff with accommodation bookings are sent a copy of the Northwood Accommodation Guide along with their booking reference.
- All disruption notices to be put out when requested.
- Monitor the return of keys for transit bookings to make sure they are returned by 1000 am on day of departure if not to call occupants and request this.
- Book in all out musters and complete them.
- Make sure all new permanent staff complete an in-muster form.
- To be cover for the helpdesk when needed (training will be given)
- To log all new accommodation requested via the CAFAM system (Geneva) and close when completed.
- Ensure that all transit/permanent booking are made aware of where keys can be returned to when leaving site and that they must be signed back.
- Attend all diarised meetings.
