A well-known manufacturing business, based in Bridlington, is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an immediate start with a salary of £11.00 per hour, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key responsibilities of the Temporary Purchase Ledger will include:

- Processing, coding, and matching Purchase Ledger invoices
- Pro-actively chasing delivery notes and missing delivery notes
- Filing of Purchase Ledger, bank statements and any other documents as required
- Managing supplier queries
- Assisting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with cut-off reports and PO closure recommendations
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger credits spreadsheet & investigating any stock issues as required
- Ensuring duty is correctly accounted for and assisting the Purchase Ledger supervisor with updating the deferment reconciliations
- Ensuring the Purchase Ledger is always tidy and in good order
- Be responsible for posting credit card, petty cash, PayPal, and Staff expenses
- Ensuring expense tax forms are completed
- Reviewing supplier statements and chasing missing invoices
- Communicating effectively with the wider team, especially the Purchase Ledger Supervisor

We would be keen to speak to individuals with experience as a Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts administrator or Finance Assistant.

This role is easily commutable via car from Scarborough, Filey, Sherburn, Sledmere, Driffield, Bridlington, Beverley, Hornsea and surrounding areas.
