Admin Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Billericay where we produce high-quality bespoke joinery for the commercial sector.
This is a very varied role involving general admin duties, including but not limited to timesheet processing, purchase order processing, liaising with Suppliers, answering and transferring telephone calls, collating and producing O&M Manuals, arranging samples, filing and any reasonable tasks required by the Company Administrator.
**Essential Skills**
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Reliable, flexible, and very much a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Friendly and approachable with a pleasant courteous demeanour in dealing with colleagues, clients and suppliers
Ready to hit the ground running
A clear understanding of the industry
Previous experience working with O&M Manuals
Knowledge of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification Scheme
Previous experience working with SAGE purchase order processing

Starting Salary £23,920.00-£25,000.00 per annum (negotiable & dependent on relevant experience)
