REACh Regulatory Manager - Seoul

Our client - a consultancy that is working a little differently than other regulatory consultancies with a core focus on downstream users. In addition, supporting on a truly global scale, expanding operations in Asia Pacific and an already established basein Europe, the role will provide international exposure. With many of its clients outside of the UK, your role is to manage a team of consultants in the changing world of the K-REACH and other Asia Pacific related chemical regulations. This is a chance toset up operations in South Korea and look to expand the consultancy even further.

In the position of Regulatory Manager, you will be expected to be involved in

Team leadership for the technical team in Korea and the back-office team

Participate in customer relationship development for customers in Korea for all regulations

Advise industrial customers globally on their current and upcoming Korean chemicals regulatory obligations

Provide necessary technical regulatory services, such as consortia management and registrations

Interface with the authorities in Korea

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

5-10 years experience within regulatory affairs /. REACH

K REACH. Korean Regulations experience is essential
- Experience in managing a team is preferred, however we will look at those with K REACh experience and a willingness to be involved in this area.

Resident in Seoul, Korea or resident in South Korea with willingness to move to Seoul.

Native Korean speaker, fluent written and oral skills in English
