As the Junior Merchandiser you will support the Merchandiser with the effective delivery of the department's strategy and also the planning, controlling and monitoring of purchases. You will ensure that the correct processes and procedures are followed for the intake and distribution of merchandise for the purpose of maximising sales and profit in the assigned departments and will be responsible for delivering agreed business, revenue and margin objectives in their area of responsibility.

**About you**
- Considerable experience at an Assistant Merchandiser level
- Evidence of supervising and coaching other team members to deliver outstanding results as part of a high performing team
- Evidence of co-ordinating competing priorities to ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Evidence of working within a budget whilst still trading profit opportunities
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Excellent motivational, coaching & interpersonal skills
