**IPV Analyst**

Our client is looking for a highly skilled IPV Analyst to join their London based team on an initial 6 months contract. The role will be part time (3 days a week) with 1 day a week in office.

**Key skills**:

- Experience in IPV (Independent Price Verification)
- Experience in Fixed Income
- Strong in performing quantitative analysis with the attention to detail
- Consistently and constructively challenges proposals to improve business outcomes
- Good Knowledge of PRA and Solvency II requirements
- Sound understanding of credit risk and the relevant internal model from a practical perspective
- Relevant experience in credit risk or internal modelling for credit in the insurance and/or investment management industry
- Quantitative development experience in a programming language (e.g. MatLab, VBA) is preferable
- Experience in internal or valuation model validation is an advantage
- Professional qualification / En-route to a qualification in risk, finance, investment, actuarial or equivalent financial discipline (e.g. CFA, FRM, FIA, etc) is preferable
