Litigation Paralegal

Are you an experienced Paralegal? Or do you have experience as a Legal Assistant?
Are you a positive team player, with Litigation experience?
This is a great opportunity to build on your current litigation experience with the opportunities to take on small matters as your own cases and long term progression.
You will work alongside a supportive, friendly and technical Partner, with their open door policy and a relaxed environment.
Our client is based in central Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their reputable and successful team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Paralegal duties
- Assisting partners Property mainly also employment, commercial litigation, construction
- Client calls
- New enquiries
- Dealing with new instructions
- Meetings and hearings (sitting with barristers - no advocacy)
- Creation of legal bundles ( software bundle doc)
- Instructions to counsel
- Day to day small claims matters
- Being point of contact on own files

**Salary**: Competitive DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
