**We are currently recruiting for** **a Head Waiter/Waitress** **for **Refuel, **our** exclusive** wellbeing **food and beverage outlet **located within our Retreat at The Londoner.**

**Overview**:

- An Amazing opportunity to join our exciting new concept Refuel which is a high-end luxury Spa bar located within at The Retreat at The Londoner as Head Waiter/Waitress.
- We feel this is a role that is of a similar to an alchemist, this role is complement and focus on nutrition and wellbeing from a food and beverage perspective to complement our spa and wellness program at the retreat.
- As Head Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for supervising the team and department to ensure a high level of service and standards.
- Achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team.

**About You**:

- Current barista, juice bar or bar experience it is essential for this role. However full training will be provided on the products and service.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results with passion and flair.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
- Demonstrates passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
