An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Part-Time Facilities Operative **who will work as part of a team to ensure the care and upkeep of our building. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Care of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), fire regulations, risk assessment and basic DIY skills.

Hours of work**:30.5 hours per week**, which will include late evenings, weekends and occasional early mornings. In the future, there is the possibility that more hours may be available.
- You may be called out for out-of-hours emergencies
- Some overtime may be required, standard rate up to 48 hours
- Double time for call outs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.09 per hour
