**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Working on an exciting IT Helpdesk
- Logging user support requests through a ticketing system
- Creating new user accounts in Active Directory
- Creating new Office 365 accounts
- Answering calls to a variety of clients
- Fortnightly maintenance to comply with cyber essentials

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
- 09:00 - 17:00
- Monday - Friday
- 22 days holiday plus bank holiday
- After 2 years you will get an additional holiday

- Strong computer skills

- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
