Ecommerce Merchandiser

Are you passionate about enhancing the online shopping experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Content Merchandiser to join a highly regarded organisation on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months. This role offers hybrid or remote working options depending on your location.

As a Digital Content Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role in curating and merchandising digital content on our client's website, ensuring it reflects their commitment to quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the onsite trading plan and drive increased sales frequency and value for customers.
- Manage the updating and publishing of commercial sections of the website in alignment with product launches and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor web performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise page performance and drive commercial growth.
- Analyse and report on results to ensure key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Identify distinct customer segments and deliver personalised shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to produce onsite collateral and support product launches.
- Proactively recommend improvements to enhance web pages and purchase journeys.
- Previous experience within a similar role is a must
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for customer-centric design.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with content elements.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.

**Salary**: £32,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) along with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and other excellent benefits
