Calderdale - Amhp - Upto £45p/h

Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for Approved Mental Health Professional Calderdale Adult Services and Wellbeing.

Position: Approved Mental Health Professional

Location: Calderdale AMHP Hub, Halifax

Working Hours: Four days a week

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Mental Health Act Assessments on behalf of Calderdale Council.

Conduct reviews under Section 117 of the Mental Health Act.

Ensure compliance with the MHA 1983 (as amended 2007) and follow its Code of Practice.

Uphold service users rights under the ECHR (Human Rights Act 1998).

Qualifications and Requirements:
Approved Mental Health Professional status.

Proven experience in conducting Mental Health Act Assessments.

In-depth knowledge of the MHA 1983 (as amended 2007) and its Code of Practice.

Strong commitment to upholding service users rights under the ECHR.
