**Position**: Minibus Driver
**Location**: High Wycombe

**Type**: Pickup and drop off services start from 6:30 am - 9:15 am and 4:15 pm
- 6:15 pm
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate the school minibus, ensuring the well-being of students during transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high level of driving professionalism.
- Assist students with entering and exiting the minibus, always ensuring their safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the minibus.
- Keep accurate records of daily routes, mileage, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Follow established procedures for emergency situations and provide appropriate assistance when needed.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on the minibus.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid and clean UK driving license (D1 category) with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
- Friendly and patient demeanour, especially when interacting with students.
- Ability to follow schedules and routes accurately.
- Good communication skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
- Flexibility and willingness to work occasional mornings and afternoons.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a school minibus driver or in a similar role.
- First Aid/CPR certification (desirable)
- Knowledge of the High Wycombe area and its roads.
