This role is with a multi-national company on a client site in Aberdeen and requires an efficient handyperson to support to the client including basic plumbing, joinery and portering skills while carrying out the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks. Mail, porter duties, office moves, general repairs and maintenance including basic plumbing and joinery tasks while also assisting with planned preventative maintenance tasks.

Assist in the day-to-day management and control of subcontractors and provide assistance to escort visitors and subcontractors

An out of hour call out system is in place with an additional remuneration when worked.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,500.00 per year
