Do you love working with people, building relationships, uncapped commission with fantastic on target earnings?

We are looking for a friendly, client facing sales person to join our portrait studio in Reading carrying out photography sales and admin.

The Role:

- A competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Additionally, we provide comprehensive training to support your professional growth and development in the sales.
- It is a Hybrid role, with the In Person Sales taking place in the studio and the admin carried out from home, so you will need stable internet and a quiet place to make calls.
- Speaking to clients before their photoshoot, building the emotional connection, preparing them on what to expect from their session, what to bring with them etc.
- Effectively manage the client journey through our systems and processes.
- Selling our photographers art work in a non-pushy way, taking payments, setting up payment plans and completing the associated admin.

About you:

- We specialise in award winning maternity, newborn and family portraiture so being a friendly, warm people person is a must Developing and managing fantastic client relationships is paramount to our business.
- Be able to build an emotional connection with our wonderful clients and their incredible journey into parenthood
- You will often be one of the first points of contact for the client, so ensuring a fantastic customer service is of utmost importance.
- Delivering clear and concise written and spoken communication to both clients and the rest of our growing team.
- Have experience in direct sales, gaining fantastic results, without being pushy.
- Developing the client journey to achieve great sales and to hit targets.
- To be a quick problem solver, overcoming objections in a positive, professional manner.
- Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
