In this position, you will be working on designing & proposing teacher delegations & student trips for our established China schools network. Recruiting new local partners to support in school members & customers establishing partnerships & selling overseas study programmes & exchanges.

You will be responsible for adjusting product details based on customer, partner & government feedback and working closely with the wider operations teams. Especially organising UK school hosting itineraries & leading & negotiating contracts with specialist China agents to book & deliver life-changing immersion trips.

Job Salary & Benefits

Job Core Responsibilities

As the Operations Executive at our company, you will:

- Liaise with existing school, partner and government accounts
- Help create tailored sales presentations, ensuring you meet the potential client's needs.
- Working closely with the sales team to convert inbound student overseas study trips to the UK.
- Once up to speed you will be operating on average 500 students visiting the UK on some of best overseas study programmes available on the market.
- Getting quotes from suppliers.
- Researching and onboarding new suppliers.
- Building Proposal PPT’s for presentation.
- Using financial budget sheets to achieve profitability.
- Document creation and storage
- Using Checklists with management to ensure accuracy and risk reduction.
- Hosting groups of inbound students and teachers from China.
- Submit daily feedback to the Head of China utilising the online systems we have in place.
- Resolve any customer queries by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Assist with onboarding any new employees, schools, & partners.
- Support sales partners in finding school partners.
- Research & source new suppliers
- Assisting with documentation & organisation of international school trips.
- Organising & delivering leadership delegations - including creating itineraries to a set budget, proposals and making reservations.

- Keeping detailed records of all key contacts & prospects.

Job Requirements

Our ideal Operations Executive will have:

- Computer literacy across multiple sales & workflow programs, such as Monday, WeChat, Zoom, Microsoft365, & HubSpot.
- People skills.
- Financial & commercial acumen with strong data analytical skills & an eye for detail.
- Strong communicator & negotiator with presentational skills.

- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Have a strong experience in Chinese culture, having lived there for 15+years.
- Having first hand experience of China schooling, either from teaching for 10+ years or from attending school in China.
- Holding a PSW or other a valid visa that allows you to work in the UK.
- Can travel nationally around the UK hosting inbound groups and meeting schools and suppliers.

- Operational experience in Education or Travel industries.

- Be able to travel between China & UK.
- Experience with budget preparation & management.
- Degree in a business-related field.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
