**Help us support families in your local community**
**Become a Parent Wellbeing Support Volunteer and support parents/carers whose children are struggling with their mental and emotional health and wellbeing.**

Do you have lived experience of being a parent/carer to a child who is struggling with their mental and emotional wellbeing and can you spare a few hours each week? As a Parent
Wellbeing Support Volunteer, the role involves:
Provide a listening ear and offer practical and emotional support to families in Cardiff or the Vale
Engage with parents of children and young people who have emotional wellbeing and mental health issues
Signpost parents to resources or support services that may help them
Build a good knowledge of the local community and services/support available and

We will provide you with full training, ongoing supervision and an opportunity to learn new skills. Help us make a difference in the lives of families in your local community and get in touch.
