Job purpose
To provide support and assistance to the Sales Manager
Core Duties and responsibilities
- Assistant the Sales manager by inputting enquiries for new and existing customers quickly and efficiently
- Producing quotation and ensuring customers are contacted for feedback.
- Building rapport and ensuring clients’ needs are addressed in a correct and timely manner.
- Working as part of a team communicating effectively
- Complete general office duties including reporting required by the sales manager.
- Chasing quotes, recording outcome, and adding notes to CRM software
- Navigating and updating the CRM to maintain the system.
Abilities, Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work independently.
- Good organisation skills and a methodical approach to work
- Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to your role and responsibilities
- Punctual but also flexible to client’s requirements
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to follow clear instruction to ensure your own health and safety and the health and safety of the team
- Capable of showing courtesy, honesty and respect to those who work with you
- Must own transport due to job location, based in Shildon, County Durham.
- Clean licence desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
