Lettings Negotiator

**Job Title**: Senior Lettings Negotiator

**Overview**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team.

This is a pivotal position within the team, requiring hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to deliver a high number of reservations while providing exceptional customer service and creating long lasting relationships with our Landlords and Tenants.

What will you do?
- Always be a brand ambassador
- Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
- Deliver outstanding service
- Carry out acommpanied viewings
- Have good communicative skills
- Book-in and carry out property inspections and inventories following up with a report
- Answer phone calls and deal with general enquiries
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are met
- Ensure that gas safety certificates and EICR's are kept up to date
- Arrange for EPC's to be carried out
- Liaise with various trades, landlords and tenants to arrange any maintenance issues
- Processing and paying rents
- Administrations duties including dealing with section 13's, section 21's, renewals and rent guarantee's
- Work every other Saturday with a day off in the week.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience within the lettings industry
- Ability to work towards targets and objectives
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends
- Collaborate with property owners to determine pricing strategies
- Coordinate property listings on various platforms
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for transactions
- Handle administrative tasks related to property lettings
- Clean driving license and have own car
- A strong organiser with excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work that extra mile
