We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced dental receptionist to join our friendly and busy two surgery private practice. We are a general practice also offering specialist services including implants, orthodontics and aesthetics.

We are offering a part time position for Saturdays with the possibility to increase to weekdays also; salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We would like applicants to be enthusiastic about their role, and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of SOE would be an advantage but training will be provided. Applicants will be required to:

- Work closely with the dentist and the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of the practice
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Billing and maintaining patient records
- Scheduling and managing the diary
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Submitting insurance claims
- Processing payments

JCOVID-19 considerations:
Full Training will be provided with regards to working with Covid-19 Current recommendations followed as per BDA and FGDP. Full PPE available.

All patients are required to wear masks on entry, and wait outside until called for their appointment. Temperatures are checked upon arrival and a pre appointment covid-19 screening questionnaire is carried out.
