Hargate Healthcare have an opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to work night shifts in a beautiful old vicarage. The building has been transformed to a 42-bed home for elderly residents and is located in the picturesque village of Ewerby nearSleaford, Lincolnshire.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting the residents in all aspects of daily living. You will also be responsible for promoting the resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity,and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.

**Healthcare Assistant Experience & Qualifications**:

- At least one years' experience caring for vulnerable people in a care home environment
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent people skills
- A caring and nurturing attitude
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Good time management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
